Our race teams welcome everyone from our university, no matter what experience level, or subject of study.
Many students have had no practical experience and come from academic backgrounds such as A-levels. The race teams are a perfect opportunity to start to learn new skills, whether its brushing up on pre existing knowledge, or starting from scratch, the opportunities are abundant.

Others have come from a college background and want to start developing academic skills such as design, aerodynamics and manufacturing, again, this can all be done through involvement in a race team.
